100% Agave
We pride ourselves on offering you the highest quality tequila, made with care and dedication.
Our passion for authenticity and excellence has led us to obtain the certification of compliance with the Mexican Official Standard NOM-006-SCFI-2012, which guarantees that our tequila is 100% agave.
Cooking: The agave is cooked in “Masonry Ovens” to ensure the exact cooking point.
Grinding: Once the agave is cooked, it is squeezed in a step mill, where the quality of the "mosto" is constantly monitored.
Fermentation: The "mosto" is fermented in stainless steel tanks, where a malolactic fermentation is achieved naturally, this generates the pleasant aromatic notes that characterize us.
Distillation: We carry out a double distillation in "Alambiques with Copper Coils", where, between the cutting of heads and tails, we extract the heart that expresses in an aromatic and gustatory way the care we have put into the elaboration of our top-quality tequila
Tasting Notes:
- Color: Bright white with silver sparkles, medium body.
- Aroma: Agave in all its expressions (field and cooked). It has its balance with sweet and citrus fruit notes.
- Taste: Predominantly cooked agave with a citrus finish, on the palate it behaves smoothly.
